I just got my medicine ball last week. I tried out a few things, but with being out of town and putting up a new closet system and some shelves, this will be my first real week. My aim this week is my core and triceps. I am doing 3 sets of 10 reps. This is the only thing that I have done that actually makes my abs feel it the next day. I might just have to keep doing these and add some more next week!
